This brainchild of CA Hitesh H Lakhani was founded in the year 1986 in Mumbai. CA Hitesh H. Lakhani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1986. The firm at that time had established itself predominantly in personal taxation matters. The practice grew and with it the firm started to establish itself in audit and consultancy services. He acts as a mentor for our firm and presently handles matters that involve strategic planning.

A significant development in the growth of our firm came in the year 1998 when CA Sameer H. Arora was introduced as the partner of the firm. CA Sameer H. Arora is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998. He has completed his ISA from the Institute. He has done his articleship with our firm. He carries with him a strong academic base and a futuristic vision. His stint in consultancy studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai has helped the firm make inroads in management consultancy practice. He presently heads the Consultancy Department of our firm. He has added a sparkle to the organization with his new and innovative ideas for growth. The firm metamorphosed from a traditional tax and audit firm to a modern firm which caters to any and all the needs of a client. The efficiency of the firm has increased with the state of the art infrastructure comprising of the best software and networking solutions.

In the year 2003, as the sphere of activities of our firm grew, our firm inducted CA Shefali S. Arora, Chartered Accountant as a partner to look after Investment consultancy and Wealth Management Services. Ca Shefali S. Arora is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2002.

CA Suhas S. Shinde is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. In the year 2004, CA Suhas S. Shinde was admitted as partner to take control of the Indirect Tax Department. Consequently the firm increased its bandwidth of services to include Vat, Service Tax, Excise and Company Law matters. Being tech savvy, he has changed the face of the organization by introducing the latest technology and paperless environment. Besides being a holder of CISA degree, he is also aware of the latest technologies which help in System Designing & Implementation.

CA Vishnu Thard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007. In the year 2007, CA Vishnu Thard took over the reign of income tax. With his knowledge and expertise, he has introduced new avenues for growth in the form of project feasibility and advisory services. He has excellent communication skills and is proficient in dealing with government authorities. Also, he is a key member in development of Project Finance and Funding related activities.
